Ingredients 

1 whole pumpkin (about the size of a volleyball)
1 ½  pounds ground beef
½ cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream soup (use your favorite)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
